Our policies

Read these before you book, so the day goes smoothly for you and for the artist who has your table.

Booking and deposits

Sets, fills and parties are booked ahead on the booking page. A deposit holds the time for a set and goes toward your service. A few walk-in slots open each day for art by the nail, repairs and removals; they are first come, first served.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. We hold your table for ten minutes after your start time. After that the service may be shortened or the visit moved to the next opening.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a booking without telling us, the deposit stays with the studio. Text us and we'll find the next opening to rebook.

Children and companions

Everyone is welcome to sit with a client, one guest to a table so the room stays easy to move through. Clients under sixteen come with an adult for the whole visit. Party bookings follow the rules on the Parties page.

Patch tests and allergies

Nail services don't need a patch test. Tell us before your visit if you have reacted to a nail product, and tell us on the day about any cut or infection on your hands. We can't work over broken skin.

If you're not happy

Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. We'll look at the nail and repair or redo it. Please don't pull or peel gel off yourself.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected, and they go to the artist who did your set.

Before your visit

Arrive five minutes early with your reference on your phone. If you are wearing someone else's work, book removal first so the time is held. Come with hands washed and no lotion.

When to ask your doctor first

If you have diabetes, a wound, an infection or a skin condition on your hands, check with your doctor before you book. We may ask you to wait until your doctor says it's fine.

Ready to book?

Sets and parties are booked ahead, and a deposit holds the time.
