How pricing works

The short answer: time and art. The booking page shows the studio's prices before you confirm anything.

  • A set is priced by the length, the shape, how much art goes on, the finish and whether other work has to come off first. Time in the chair is the simplest guide, which is why every line on the menu shows how long it takes.

    • Length and shape

    • Design level, and how many nails carry art

    • Chrome, cat-eye, glitter fades, 3D pieces and gems

    • Removal of work done elsewhere

  • What the consultation covers

A set starts with your reference and a short text conversation about length, shape and design level. We confirm the plan and the time before the day, so you know what you are booking and how long it takes.

  • Deposits

A deposit holds the time for a set and goes toward your service. Fills, repairs and removals booked on their own don't need one. The studio sets the amount, and the booking page shows it.

  • Canceling or running late

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. If you're running late, your table is held for ten minutes; after that we may shorten the service or move your visit.

  • How levels set the price

Each artist works at a level, and the booking page shows who does which design level and what that level costs. You choose the artist and the level; we never change either on the day without asking you first.

  • Add-ons and changes on the day

Chrome, cat-eye, glitter fades, 3D pieces, gems and art on a single nail each add time, and each is priced by that time. If you want to add one on the day, we tell you the extra time and the price before we start.

  • Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. Add one when you check out or hand it to your artist; it goes to the person who did your set.

  • Gift cards and packages

Gift cards are for any amount and can be used on any service, a party booking included. Buy one online and send it by text or email. A gift card is not a package.
